Privacy notice

Last updated:

This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the answers you send through the early-access form on this site.

Who is responsible

Myrtis is a project in development, run by its founder. Write to [email protected] about anything on this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form:

  • your email address, which is required;
  • your name, if you give it;
  • how you’d use Myrtis and where you’d run it, if you answer;
  • the language of the page you used, and your agreement to this notice.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Your choice of language and theme is remembered in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why we keep it

To write to you about early access and to understand what people need from Myrtis. Nothing else: we never sell your data or use it for advertising. We rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.

Who handles it

Three services are involved:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co, run by Devro LABS) receives the form and forwards it to our inbox. It may process the data outside the European Union, under its own privacy policy.
  • Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland) hosts our inbox.
  • Cloudflare serves this website and, like any web host, briefly handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.

How long we keep it

Until early access ends and we no longer need the list, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected].

If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority where you live.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
