Myrtis: a woman in profile with a sprig of myrtle in her hair

Named after a teacher

Myrtis was a poet of ancient Boeotia, remembered as the teacher of Pindar and of the poet Corinna. Her name also evokes the myrtle, the evergreen the ancient Greeks held sacred.

We chose it for what she stands for: quiet wisdom, patient teaching and the craft of writing things down.

What we are building

  1. Quick and calm

Built to feel like a native app, not a web page. One palette finds your pages, maps and projects and runs commands; keyboard shortcuts do the rest. Desktop and mobile apps are planned.

  2. Made for your courses

Mark a project as a course, with its teacher and term. Its classes and deadlines sit beside your notes, and you can import your university timetable from a calendar file.

  3. Grows with you

Notes, mind maps, projects and a calendar form the core. Optional modules are planned, so you’ll switch on what you need and nothing else.

Everything in one place

Write, map ideas and plan without switching apps.

  • Notes

Pages made of blocks, with images and files, arranged your way.

  • Mind maps

Grow an idea into branches from the keyboard, and fold what you don’t need right now.

  • Projects

Pages and maps gathered by project, in a workspace for each part of your life.

Also inside

  • CalendarDeadlines, classes and reminders, with your university timetable imported.
  • CoursesEach course keeps its teacher, its term and its next deadlines in one place.
  • WorkspacesOne for your studies, another for home, each with its own projects. Private unless you share them.
  • Your languageCatalan, Spanish and English from the start.

Who it is for

  • Students

Every course in its own place: class notes, mind maps to revise with and deadlines that remind you in time.

  • Your thesis

Sources, outlines and drafts in one tree, from the first idea to the last page.

  • Everything else

Reading lists, plans and ideas you don’t want to lose, in a private place of your own.
